Br\u0103tianu Dr\u0103g\u0103\u015fani<\/p>\n<p>Gestionarea conflictelor la v\u00e2rsta pre\u0219colar\u0103 reprezint\u0103 o tem\u0103 esen\u021bial\u0103 \u00een educa\u021bia timpurie, deoarece \u00een aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 se pun bazele inteligen\u021bei emo\u021bionale \u0219i ale competen\u021belor sociale.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen universul gr\u0103dini\u021bei, conflictul nu este un semn de e\u0219ec educa\u021bional, ci o oportunitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare. Pentru copilul de 3\u20136 ani, interac\u021biunea cu semenii constituie un teren de testare a limitelor, a dorin\u021belor proprii \u0219i a capacit\u0103\u021bii de empatie. Rolul cadrului didactic nu este acela de \u201ejudec\u0103tor\u201d, ci de mediator care transform\u0103 o disput\u0103 \u00eentr-o lec\u021bie despre negociere \u0219i autoreglare.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Tipologia conflictelor la v\u00e2rsta pre\u0219colar\u0103<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Cele mai frecvente tensiuni apar din cauze specifice etapei de dezvoltare neuropsihic\u0103:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Posesivitatea obiectelor \u2013 lupta pentru resurse limitate (\u201eJuc\u0103ria mea!\u201d).<\/li>\n<li>Excluderea social\u0103 \u2013 refuzul de a accepta un nou partener \u00een joc.<\/li>\n<li>\u00cenc\u0103lcarea regulilor \u2013 nerespectarea r\u00e2ndului sau a scenariului stabilit de grup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Etapele interven\u021biei mediatoare<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Pentru o gestionare eficient\u0103, educatorul poate urma un protocol structurat, menit s\u0103 calmeze spiritele \u0219i s\u0103 \u00eencurajeze dialogul.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ac\u0163iunea educatorului:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interven\u021bia fizic\u0103 bl\u00e2nd\u0103 sau verbal\u0103.<\/li>\n<li>Fiecare copil \u00ee\u0219i spune versiunea, f\u0103r\u0103 \u00eentreruperi.<\/li>\n<li>Reformularea conflictului \u00een termeni neutri.<\/li>\n<li>\u00centrebarea: \u201eCum putem face s\u0103 fie bine pentru am\u00e2ndoi?\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Tehnici \u0219i metode practice<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201eScaunul \u00eemp\u0103c\u0103rii\u201d sau \u201eCovora\u015ful Dialogului\u201d <\/strong>\u2013 un spa\u021biu dedicat unde copiii merg pentru a discuta \u0219i a g\u0103si solu\u021bii, nu pentru a fi pedepsi\u021bi.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Mesajele la persoana I<\/strong> \u2013 \u00eenv\u0103\u021barea copiilor s\u0103 spun\u0103: \u201eEu m\u0103 simt sup\u0103rat c\u00e2nd \u00eemi iei juc\u0103ria\u201d \u00een loc de \u201eE\u0219ti r\u0103u!\u201d.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Metoda \u201eP\u0103pu\u0219ii de m\u00e2n\u0103\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 utilizarea personajelor \u00een timpul activit\u0103\u0163ilor liber alese pentru a dramatiza situa\u021bii conflictuale \u0219i a genera solu\u021bii \u00eempreun\u0103 cu copiii.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Rolul preven\u021biei<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Un mediu predictibil reduce stresul \u0219i implicit num\u0103rul de conflicte. Stabilirea unor <strong>rutine clare<\/strong> \u0219i a unui set de <strong>reguli vizuale<\/strong> (pictograme) ajut\u0103 copiii s\u0103 se simt\u0103 \u00een siguran\u021b\u0103. Jocurile de cooperare, \u00een care succesul depinde de echip\u0103, sunt instrumente excelente pentru coeziunea grupei.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Concluzie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gestionarea conflictelor la gr\u0103dini\u021b\u0103 necesit\u0103 r\u0103bdare \u0219i o schimbare de paradigm\u0103: trecerea de la controlul extern (pedeaps\u0103\/recompens\u0103) la autoreglare.
