Dac\u0103 activitatea la clas\u0103 se concentreaz\u0103 pe asimilarea cuno\u0219tin\u021belor fundamentale prev\u0103zute de curriculum, educa\u021bia extra\u0219colar\u0103 vine s\u0103 completeze acest proces prin experien\u021be practice, sociale \u0219i emo\u021bionale care valorific\u0103 talentele individuale \u0219i interesele specifice ale copiilor. \u00centr-o societate aflat\u0103 \u00een continu\u0103 schimbare, aceste activit\u0103\u021bi devin puntea de leg\u0103tur\u0103 \u00eentre teorie \u0219i via\u021ba real\u0103, preg\u0103tind elevul pentru integrarea activ\u0103 \u00een comunitate.<\/p>\n<p>Unul dintre cele mai mari avantaje ale activit\u0103\u021bilor desf\u0103\u0219urate \u00een afara zidurilor clasei este caracterul lor aplicativ \u0219i atractiv. Succesul educa\u021bional \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul primar depinde \u00een mare m\u0103sur\u0103 de capacitatea cadrului didactic de a \u00eempleti armonios cerin\u021bele programelor \u0219colare cu bog\u0103\u021bia \u0219i diversitatea activit\u0103\u021bilor extracurriculare.
